For teachers, there are many great Knoword packs to choose from, but it can be hard to know if a pack will suit the curriculum being taught without playing it first. Today, we've solved this by giving teachers the ability to easily preview the words in a pack.
⚠️ Important: ⚠️ This feature is only available to teachers, so if you haven't already, you'll have to identify yourself as a teacher in your account settings. It's really easy, just select "Teacher" in the "I am a..." field on that page.
Now, from any pack browsing page, click on the pack's context menu (three dots) to open the pack menu. From this menu, select "Preview words". A dialog box will appear, containing a table of words and their definitions. These represent every term added to the pack.
Previewing the packs you find organically in the browse pages is one thing, but what about previewing the words in my pack search results? Previously, search results showed only the name and author of the pack, so it wouldn't be possible to do things like preview, star, or download the pack as a worksheet.
Now, search results appear in two columns. Hover over the result in the left column to see the pack and access all of the advanced pack features using the pack card on the right.
