'Tis the Season for Words
For the last few days, we’ve been hard at work creating a couple of high-quality original holiday word packs, just in time for the holiday season! These packs will surely test your knowledge, and who knows, maybe you’ll learn a few things.
Good vocabulary, good tidings
Warm Welcome
The first pack I want to talk about is called Winter Holiday Words, and it’s more challenging than you might think. It features a whopping 100 words relating to Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanzaa, and other wintery subjects. Playing this pack, you’ll learn many terms used by other cultures in their holiday celebrations.
For teachers, this pack is a great seasonal vocabulary exercise. It will keep your students engaged and inquisitive about new holiday-themed words that they had never heard of before. Don’t forget that you can download any pack as a printable worksheet.

Holiday Classics
The latest entry in our Movie Titles series, Holiday Classics tests your memory of holiday movies that you (or your parents) may have grown up with. Remember that one where Arnold Schwarzenegger has to find his son a Turbo Man action figure for Christmas? What was that called again… 🤔
Protip: keep a notepad handy to jot down interesting titles that you want to watch later
This pack is the perfect trivia challenge for film buffs and holiday lovers alike. With 40 classic titles spanning multiple eras, can you jingle all the way?
Between these two word packs, there’s plenty of holiday spirit to go around. I’d love to hear what you think of them, so please reach out with your feedback and suggestions.
